The “estancia” is located very close to Buenos Aires, only 2:30hs driving time from it. This unique characteristic has the advantage of arriving in the morning into our country and the possibility to start shooting in the afternoon! In addition hunters will find very short drives to the hunting fields. Along with great hunting, we offer top level service and top notch accommodation.

The Shooting

The shooting takes place on the shores of Gualeguay river, between marshes and crop fields where millions of doves can be found. After a hearty breakfast and short drive to the fields, the shooting starts early in the morning, around 08:00am . Once at the shooting ground, the field manager will assign you a bird-boy who will provide you anything you may need, including a comfortable seat, shells, beverages, etc. The expertise and knowledge of the bird boy will be highly valued by you. In addition, he will load your shotgun and retrieve the harvested game. Shoot, reload, shoot again. Rest, laugh and enjoy this dove paradise. At lunch time, hunters will go back to the lodge to have a delicious lunch, relax and prepare themselves for an incredible afternoon shooting. It starts around 2:30 pm and continues until sunset.

MIXED BAG SHOOTING TAKES PLACE IN ENTRE RÍOS PROVINCE. STRATEGICALLY LOCATED, DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE AREA IS SURROUNDED BY THOUSANDS OF SQUARE MILES OF MARSHES, ALSO CALLED “BANADOS”, WHICH FORM THE GREAT PARANA RIVER (ONE OF THE LARGEST ONES IN SOUTH AMERICA). IT OFFERS CLOSE PROXIMITY TO ABUNDANT POPULATION OF DUCK (FOURTEEN DUCK SPECIES), PARTRIDGE & DOVES, IN THE MOST EXCLUSIVE HUNTING ENVIRONMENT.

The characteristics of this region provide the perfect environment for large quantities of ducks and partridge . In addition, the lodge is situated on the coast of Gualeguay river, between the marshes and the high fields that are mostly used for crops, therefore you can find millions of doves as well.

Hunters will shoot three kind of feathers during the same hunting day, every day!
The shooting

After a hearty breakfast and short drive to the hunting area by 4 wheel drive vehicules,the shooting usually begins at dawn, about 7:30 am and it slows down by about 9:30 am for duck hunting. A choice of beverages will be supplied in each hunter’ blind. Right after that, Perdiz' hunt will take place. This amazing hunting is done with dogs. Hunters will have to walk for about one or two hours and they can expect to harvest up to ten birds per day. After lunch and having a “siesta”, hunters will enjoy a high volume dove shooting in the afternoon. It starts around 2:30 pm until sunset.

Every hunter will have a designated experienced bird boy, who will deal with any hunting need that may have during the stay, also he will be in charge of calling the ducks and recharging cartridges.

Duck hunters will experience decoyed and also passing shoots from a private blind, which are very accessible due to hunters step out of the vehicles into the blind. Dogs (Labs) are used for this kind of hunt. Perdiz shooting is done while walking through the fields accompanied by dogs. Finally, dove shooting is just superb!

The hunts may be conducted on 4WD trucks making the stalk on foot or on horseback for those who like riding.
