More than 20 years ago, our family began operations at Caza Pvampa. We are one of the biggest private hunting lodges in Argentina with 13.738 hectares (33.945 acres) of virgin forests, without human intervention. During these years, we have been visited by hundreds of hunters including presidents, vice-presidents and executives of the most important hunting associations, such as SCI, NRA and Sabels. We are proud members of SCI (Safari Club International); DSC (Dallas Safari Club) and Sabels.
Season after season we renew our commitment to deliver the best customer service; our friendly and attentive staff will be at your entire disposition to provide you with a unique hunting experience.
We include full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner) for hunters and non-hunting companions. You will enjoy the delicious typical Argentine dishes, especially barbequed meats, as well as the finest wines from Mendoza and Patagonia. Both lunch and dinner include assorted beverages (bottled water, beer, soft drinks and wine) free of charge. We also offer a get-together by the bonfire before dinner, where everyone enjoys delicious regional products while sharing unforgettable anecdotes.
Bedrooms: Each detail has been carefully planned so that your stay would be as pleasant as possible, large rooms with private bathrooms await you for a very well deserved rest. We also offer 24 hour in room laundry service.
Cazapampa is located near Buenos Aires, the Capital of Argentina. Arrive at the international airport and take a domestic flight to Santa Rosa City, in La Pampa Province, where a member of Cazapampa’s Staff will be waiting for you. This is the main meeting point for all hunts and is 1.5 hours from world class accommodations at “La Mota” Ranch where we trophy red stag, wild boar, blackbuck, water buffalo, puma, mouflon, fallow and axis deer, and many more species.
“La Pulperia”: Come and have dinner at an old-days grocery store, where the gauchos went for their supplies (such as salt, jerky, eggs, among others), and to catch a break from long hours of hard horse riding and cattle herding. It was also the place where gauchos used to come together to enjoy a “mate” and share stories of day-to-day and work, making “La Pulperia” one of the most typical gathering places in the Argentine Pampas.
For those guests not interested in hunting we also offer other outdoor activities such as horseback riding, photographic safaris, hiking, cooking lessons that encourage non-hunters to enjoy one of the most beautiful hunting destinations in Argentina.
More and more, traveling to exotic destinations to hunt and experience the local customs and culture of the local people is becoming an activity that is enjoyed by both hunters and non-hunters alike. With this in mind, Cazapampa has developed a program of non-hunting activities that is designed to provide those in the group who do not wish to hunt with an opportunity to experience and enjoy the natural beauty that is found in the wild places on the pampas. Activities such as horseback riding, hiking, photo safaris, observing and participating in everyday gaucho activities and cooking lessons with the local chef allow the non-hunter to truly appreciate the beauty of their natural surroundings as well as experience the customs, culture, and way of life of the local people.
