At La Dormida Lodge, the typical shooting day commences with breakfast, followed by a short drive to the fields where doves blacken the skies. Dove shooting in the region is fantastic, novice shooters will hone their skills to exhaustion while veterans can target challenging high flying birds or go for sheer numbers and shoot at the waves and waves of doves just above the hills and tree lines. In the field attentive bird boys are on hand to resupply shells, retrieve downed birds and keep cool drinks at the ready.
